Carolina Development and Properties along with its affiliate Carolina Custom Homes and Renovations was established by Mike Goubran in 2009.
Mike Goubran has been a licensed general contractor since 1999 and holds a degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University and a Master’s Degree from Queen’s University in Charlotte. He also holds a Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation from the NAHB.
We offer new home construction, renovations, commercial upfits, and consulting. With our experience in the residential and commercial industry, we offer customers great professional spaces for their businesses and the comfort of a beautiful home.
We want to be your builder for life and provide you with all your construction needs. We understand how busy life can get, especially when it comes to building your new home, creating that comfortable office space, or just making changes to your current home.
