Does Carolina Development & Properties charge the rental owners a fee if the property is vacant/between tenants?
No. If our rental property owners are not making any money, neither is Carolina Development & Properties! It is our job to find our property owners the best tenants in the least amount of time as possible. We do not collect any fees until the lease has been signed and the rental period begins! If maintenance is required on a property while vacant i.e. cleaning, painting, etc., the property owner may be charged at that time, or the monies may come out of the first month’s rent.
